How do I redeem the free shipping offer?


Once you add more than $150 worth of perfume to the shopping cart you will receive free shipping once at checkout.




Do you guys offer free pick up instead of shipping?


Yes of course! Once you at check out you will have the option to choose Free Pick Up, you can go to our locations in “Las Vegas Premium Outlet North” and pick up your order for free.




What if I cannot find the perfume I am looking for?


If you cannot find the perfume you are looking for, please email us to Admin@PerfumeLasVegas.com what you looking for and we will check if it is in stock.

We carry many brands name perfumes but our list is not always updated as we receive new merchandise every few days.




When will I receive an order confirmation?


Your order confirmation will be emailed at the moment you submit your order.




When will my order ship?


Orders typically ship within 2-4 Business days of being placed.




When will I get my tracking number?


You will receive a shipping notification email that includes your USPS tracking information once your order ships.




How do I change something on my order?


Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. If you are attempting to cancel your order, please email us to Admin@PerfumeLasVegas.com immediately. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.




Can I add an item after placing order?


Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to an existing order. However, if you place a new order that can be shipped with your existing order, usually within 24-hours, we will refund you the shipping cost on your new order.




Will I have to pay taxes on my order?


Taxes are assessed based on municipality that the order is shipping to, not the billing address. If the shipping municipality assesses tax on retail apparel sales, then you will be charged the appropriate tax on your purchase.




When does my card get charged?


Your card will be charge at the moment you submit your order.




Why has my card been declined?
